The Project
is assigned to the designated
Project Manger who would review,
arrange and verify the information
with the EDM Administrator. The
allocation of work is monitored
strictly by the EDM.
-
The different
sections are then assigned to
the designated Team Leads through
an established workflow process
to avoid collision and duplicates.
-
The Team leads
pass on the information to their
respective team members through
a process established by the EDM.
Each team is made up of agents
and quality leads (1:5).
-
The first round
of quality is done at this level
simultaneously as the data is
being entered. This is the
Proof Reading stage. Errors are
identified and corrected.
-
The proofed/highlighted
documents are sent to the second
level of Quality heads. This stage
is called the Quality Assurance
stage where the documents are
verified and checked. This is
an important stage and it assures
the process followed in the first
level. The processes are mapped
and defined once again if errors
are still identified in this level.
-
After this
stage, the documents are re-issued
to the agents.
-
Once the marked
documents have been re-entered,
a final Quality Check is done
to ensure accuracy.
-
The work is
checked for completeness and clarity
and mapped with the deliverables
received by the client. This stage
is closely monitored by the project
manager who gives the green signal.
This stage ensures close to 100%
accuracy levels.
